GTA 6 could need 210 GB on PS5. Here’s what the report actually says

A PlayStation Store tracking account has put a big number on the GTA 6 download: 210 GB for the PS5 version. The post from PlayStation Game Size also lists pre-loading for November 12 and a November 19 release. That is a report based on store data, not a size announcement from Sony or Rockstar, so treat 210 GB as unconfirmed until the official listing or console download confirms it.

What the PlayStationSize post reports

• A 210 GB download for the PlayStation 5 version. The post does not establish the Xbox or future PC size.
• Pre-load beginning November 12, one week before the stated November 19 release date.
• A physical edition that reportedly uses a download code rather than a game disc.

PlayStation Game Size is known for tracking details from the PlayStation Store backend, and outlets have reported its 210 GB figure. Even so, the account is not the platform holder or publisher. The public PlayStation Store listing and Rockstar have not confirmed a final file size.

Download size is not always the final installed size

A download figure tells you how much data may need to transfer. The space used after installation can differ because of compression, unpacking, language packs, updates, and reserved storage. A day-one patch could also change the amount. The 210 GB report should not be treated as a guaranteed final storage requirement.

The report also does not tell us the Xbox Series X|S download size. Console builds can differ, and later updates or online content can change the footprint. If you are planning storage, wait for the listing on your own platform and leave room for updates instead of relying on a single tracker number.

Should you clear 210 GB right now?

It is reasonable to start checking available storage, especially if your console is nearly full. There is no need to delete games based only on an unconfirmed report, though. The official pre-load window should provide a more dependable figure for PS5, and the Xbox store may publish its own requirement.

We will update this article when Sony, Rockstar, or the official store listings provide a confirmed size. For now, the accurate headline is simple: 210 GB is reported for PS5, not officially confirmed.
